Ongoing Study

We are investigating if a fibre supplement can help those with mild constipation/low bowel frequency

Eligibility criteria:

  • Must be aged between 18-65 years
  • Have a BMI of between 18.0-30.0
  • Have a low stool frequency (3-4 bowel movements per week on average)
  • Generally healthy

WHAT IS INVOLVED:

  • Take a fibre supplement daily, for 8 weeks
  • Attend 4 visits to our clinic

PRE-SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE

Study visits take place in Atlantia Food Trials HQ in Heron House Offices, 1st Floor, Blackpool Retail Park, Cork.
All participants will receive reimbursement of €300 upon completion of the study.
